FRENCH TROOPS IN TUNIS.
LONDON, April 25. Intelligence has been received that a French force has crossed the frontier from Algeiia into Tunis territory without opposition. CIVIL WAR IN TRANSVAAL. CAPE TOWN, April 25.
News is to hand from Natal that tho demeanour of the rival Boer factions In the Transvaal has caused considerable anxiety, The Royal Commission, who is to undertake the settlement of the Transvaal question will commence its deliberation shortly.
