COUUMANUKL, this day. At an inquest yesterday nftonioon, held before Dr. Hovcll, coroner, the following verdict was returned :—" The jury aro unanimously of the opinion that John ISourUe met liiu death by his own huuda by shooting himself through the hend by menus of a rille bullet, whilut in a state of nilsound mind." Deceased was a native of Victoria, Australia, where his parents reside, lie arrived in Coromandel uiue years ayo, and resided with an aunt four years ago. It is supposed that deceased discharged the rillo by pulling tho trigger with his toe. There was a lar^e attondaucc at the funeral, the Kcv. Father Cassidy olliciating.
