Sweepstake Sailing Race.

The arraugements in progress for a sweepstakes opcu sailing-boat race in the harbour to-morrow afternoon will bo completed at a meeting of boat-owners to be held at the Thistle Hotel this ovening. Tho stako is £1 each, but ibe course and other matters of detail have not yet been decided upon. The boats eutered up to the present time are the Imp, Pastime, Hattie May, Eunice, Patriot, Whip, Maggie May, Witch, Nyrnphe, and Comet. The Imp, wo believe, will not sail unless a portion of the stakes in a private match with tho Hattie May are deposited.

The sailing race between W. Holmes' Zip and F. Parrott's Imp will take place in the harbour to-morrow afternoon. The start is fixed at 2 o'clock, from the Queen-street Wharf.
