We then sent a lotter to tho City Council, asking for the name of tho informant, at tho same time offering to tho Council £50 to any charitable institution if their informant could prove tho charge. The City Council then gave us tho name of tho informers, which were Messrs. B. Gittos and Sons. Wo now chal__igc B.
