A THOROUGBRED MARE DROWNED.
The thorougbred mare Mayfly valued at 200 soys., was drowned last night at Willis' farm, Panmure, in a swamp near the lake. She was the property of Mr A. Campbell, and had a fine foal at foot. Mayfly was out of Georgia by the Pacific, and was kept for breeding purposes.
