That Mr V-sayldon. of the Thames Goldfield, bo authorised to make plans of the respective claims, andjlay out tho work proposed; to collect memoranda of the agreements between the Pumping Association and the Thames County, andtne conditions npon which tho first loan was granted by tho Government; to be submitted as soon as possible to another maeting. (5). That Mr William Home bo authorised to convey a copy of these resolutions to all parties concerned.
