BURNING OF A STEAMER, WITH GREAT LOSS OP LIFE.

A fearful storm and flnod ravaged Central Towa on the 4th July. The Hs>.mlet of Rockdsilenear Dubuque was entirely sw e pt away by the overflow of the Catfish Ttiver.
