Sir,—ln your report of the case of Bend v. Witheford, heard in Banco yesterday, appears an ?ejroneouß statement wnicn misrepresents the case. The paragraph I wish corrected reads as follows :-j "The defendant is trustee under a wui made by the deceased Mary Bond in favor of her daughter married to defendant. f*» facts of the casef are that the deceased lady ma will made 2 years previous to ber death, wre property referred to as section 23, ICY" Auckland, for >the benefit of all her children, in trust to A.
