[Before Thos. Beckham, Esq., E.M.] MARTIN, JOHN, AND JAMES, Martin Dwy@sj a very old man; John Greea, who had a very brown appearance, and James Gorman, were severally charged with being drunk last night, and dealt with sn the usuaJ. way.

KiTTY OF KILDARB. Catherine. Heaton, a smart lady, known as Kitty of Kildare, was charged with being drunk and senseless in the road, and exposed to the gaze of the people. The woman'appeared in a wretched plight. She had been induced to drink deep, and it overcame her.

This being her second offence within a few weeks, was "fined 103 and costs.

Mr George Daniel Burke, of Wakefieldstreet, charged on suspicion of having set fire to a house with intent to defraud the Norwich Insurance Society, was this morning released on oail, Messrs W. Laurence Both and Samuel Brown, having become sureties for his appearance- in bonds of £150 each. LUNACY. Michael McCarthy and William Phillips were charged with being of unsound mind, and upon t the medical testimony of "Dtb Goßtabro' and Lee, were committed to the Lunatic Asylum.
