PUBLIC BUILDINGS' COMMISSIONERS
A ttfijitiN& of the Public Buildings' Commissioners was held this afternoon at the Provincial Government offices. Present—the Superintendent, Messrs Sheehan, Dignan, Reed, Swanson and Macready. But little business was transacted jthe members deputed to oonfer_ with members of the Domain Board with .reference to the exchange of portions of the Hospital and Domain trusts not having met those gentlemen. It was resolved that the matter should be arranged between them on Tuesday if possible, so that Mr Herapath, the architect, may have the alterations iri his plans made with the least delay possible. It was reported that a plan of the prize design for the new Sydney Hospital had been received and submitted to the architect and Dr Philson, and that it was found that all the recent improvements in hospital accommodation, as suggested ia the Sydney prize plan, are embraced in the desigu of the new hospital buildings. Various aocoUnts Were passed.
