This day. The Eev Mr Buller was so far recovered as to Le able to deliver the charge last evening, whensixministers were ordained. The Rev Mr Lewis still proceeds to Napier, and Mr "Williams to Balclutha. The fiinancial committee have chosen Auckland for the. next conference. Auckland interests are cared for in view of all openings. At the Wesleyan Conference yesterday it was decided that the annual conference in future shall he composed of all ministers, and one layman from each circuit. That the general conference be composed of ministers as provided in the Constitution with a number of laymen from each district equal to the number of ministers chosen as representatives. That the next New Zealand Conference be held at Auckland on January 14, 1875.

At the Conference Ordination Service ye sterday the following probationers were ordained to the full woik of ministry : Mr Kenil, Canterbury ; J. W. Lewis, Auckland; W. H. Beck, Lawrence; H. Bull, Canterbury ; L. WilliamSj Thames ; and. F. W. Issitt, Balclutha.
