TAUBANGA.
{f* A warm invitation has been received from the Kotorua natives to the Superintendent, but he cannot accept it at present. The Superintendent is in constant communication with the settlers and natives, receiving explanation of their wants. There are very cordial expressions of satisfaction at his visit. The party leave in the Pretty June on Monday at 11.18 a.m. noon, for Poverty Bay direct. She calls at Opotiki and here in returning.
