THE BEG-ATTA PROTESTS. The Umpire, Captain Clayton, has decided this morning that tbe sculling match shall be pulled over again, and Messrs. Clare and Weymouth have arranged to settle the affair by going over the same ground at about three o'clock this afternoon. The ships' gigs race has also been decided. Had the City of Auckland boat gone the course she would have been entitled to the prize, the other boats being pulled by professionals. The money will consequently be retained by the committee.
