LATE TELEGRAMS.
London, August 5. Sir Robert Harvey, of Norwich, shot himself, his bank having stopped payment. Mr. Frelinghuysen has been appointed successor to Mr. Motely as American Minister to London. Mr. Prevost Parodal, the French Minister, committed suicide at Washington. Mr. Ashbury' s yacht Cambria arrived at New York on the 27th July, winning the ocean yacht race against the Dauntless by one hour. The Albert Assurance Company Reconstructive Committee, have filed a petition hi Chancery to sanction the scheme. The Lord Justice has ordered it to stand over till the meeting of the amalgamated companies to consider the matter is held. The Prince of Wales has brought back the Princess from Copenhagen.
