ST. PETER'S CHURCH VESTRY
A meeting of St. Peter's Church Vestry was held cn Friday evening, when the Vicar, Rev, •€. 1.. Wi'ison, was in the chair and there were also present Mess"s C. W. Le.te ard F. C. Newton (Wardens), T. M?scfte!d, T. E. Taylor, P. G. Riches, J. R.;ad, B. Ferris, H. Chapman and A. M. Helps.
A letter was read from the Diocesiar. Secretary re assessments and it was decided to take execption to the assessnvrct for Missions.
Mr T. E'. Taylor reported that the relt. proceeds of the concert amounted to £24 odd and it was dscided to hand £10 to the Choir for vestments and music. A, hearty vote of.thanks was passed to 'Mes dames Wilson and Jul.'uj for org-anizing ar.d making' such :> success- of the cnnce; t.
The Vicar reported thai the renewal of spouting and o:ains at the Church had been completed and a discussion took place in regard to renewing- the foundations. It was decided this would have to be kept in view as they urgently nescled attent-
Accourts 1 amounting" lo £29 odd were passed for payment.
