I MONTHLY MEETING OF | DIRECTORS. j .The monthly meeting of directors of the Peninsula Saleyai'ds Company Ltd., was held at the Company's office, Duvauchciic, on Friday, when there were present: Messrs 11. Latter : (chairman), W. W. Williams, T. Wil--1 kiiis,.and R. Stewart. I The Akaroa and Wainui Road Board I wrote that gorse and noxious weeds ► were growing on the Company's proI pcrty, and asking that same should ► bo grubbed. ► The matter of having the grubbing done was left in Ihe hands of- the I chairman and Mr Stewart with power f to act, and it was also left to the ► same gentlemen to have gates in the | yards repaired. t Mr C. "J. Richfickl wrote resigning [ his position as grader and yardman [ for the Company. ► It was decided to accept the rcf signafion with regret and advertise t for a man to li)l the position. f Accounts amounting to K'iß 15s ► were passed for payment, f The secretary, Mr Leete, reported I that the yard fees for February f amounted to £15 9s 6d. _ The chairman reported Messrs H. ► Matson and Co. had asked permission to offer some pedigree stock at I 2 p.m., and he had granted pennis--1 sion provided double fees were ► charged.
