The City Electorates Bill waa recommitt' ed, reported and the third reading fixed for to-day.
The Lifb Aaeuranoe Polioiea Aco Amendment Bill was read a second time, and the Imprisonment for Debt Limitation Bill was pissed. September 30. A debate on a question of amendment, in Clause 30 of the State Fire Ineuraooe Bill, was adjourned.
The Wellington Harbour Board Empowering Bill and the Huirangi Domain and Huirangi Institute Empowering Bill pasted the final stages.
