Mr Moritzson is now on the Peninsula to compile the usual statistics, and hopes to be in the position to pat matters before tbe growers shortly.

Bacon.—Flitohes, first olass quality, small ■sizes not too fat, 7d to Bd. Cheese.—Factory 6£d. Dairy, for first claso cheese, 6d.
Walnuts.—None on hand. We hold weekly skin and hide sales and colicit consignments. Prices ruling in the South are higher than those in the North. Wool.—Our next sale will be held on the 26th February,
