PIGEON BAY ROAD BOARD.
The ordinary meeting of the above Board was held on Saturday July 2nd. Present—Messrs Lyall (chairman), Hay, Paton, and R. Lyall. Correspondence was read— From the Income Tax Department enclosing declaration form re subsidy. From the Agricultural Department enclosing copy of the " Small BirJs Nuisance ,Aot." It was resolved to advertise for A ranger and poundkeeper, and to employ a man for a few daye to fill the larger holes on main road with beach metal* After passing accounts to the amount of £24 15a the meeting terminated.
