Prizes for the night were won by Mr 11. Hoskins (men's), Miss J. McKnight (ladies), Miss Service (booby), Mr Gordon Leask (booby). The aggregate prizes for the season were won by Miss M. Moran, who received a bedspread, and Mr J. Wroblenski, who was the recipient of ii set of military brushes. The aggrogate booby prizes were won by Mrs J. Stafford (ladies), and Mr J. Davidson (men). An enjoyable dance terminated a very successful evening. Special thanks are' due to Mrs Milne (Omakau), Mrs Drake and Mrs Wroblenski, who supplied music gratis. The Hall will benefit to the extent of about £3O. Had it not been for the willing co-operation of local residents in providing supper and in donating prizes a much smaller sum would have been realised. The thanks of the Hall Committee are especially due to Mrs McKnight, Miss Service, and Miss J. McKnight, who, by their capable organisation, helped to reduce expenses to a minimum.
