Fourth prize, £150—131470, “Juliana,” Royal Oak, Auckland. ‘ Fifth prize, £100—115240, blank butt, Frankton Junction. WINNER IS POSTMAN (P.A.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Winner of the first prize of £2OOO in the “Leap for Joy” art union is Mr M. Moles, a postman, of Amberley, 34 miles north of Christchurch. Mr Moles, who is 30 years of age, is at present in Dunedin with his wife. They have two children, a boy aged 12 months and a girl aged six. The girl is in hospital and that is the reason for their visit to Dunedin. She has undergone a delicate operation and her parents are waiting to take her home. Mr Moles said, in a telephone interview, that he certainly felt like leaping for joy. His mates at the Amberley Post Office had already apprised him of his good luck. He said he had been taking art union tickets on and off for some time.
