Up till lialf-Avay through all lines of fat stock were selling firmly at last Aveek’s rates, at the stock sale conducted at the Tinwald saleyards today. There was • a medium yarding, with extra heavy eAves hard to quit, and selling up to 30s. Top price of 65s Id for Avethers was secured by R. Watson (Tinwald), while Mrs E. A. Moffatt (Hinds) secured top price of 71s Id for hoggets. EAves sold at up to 39s 7d (K. Woolley, Eiffelton). The range of prices to the halfAvay mark was: —Wethers, extra prime 62s to 65s Id, prime 58s to 61s, medium up to 61s.

Hoggets, extra prime 60s to 71s Id, prime 53s to 595, medium to 525. Fat ewes, prime 36s to 39s 7d, medium to 355.
