NORTH RHODESIAN DELEGATE TO N.2. CONFERENCE (Rec. 9.30 a.m.) PERTH, Oct. 17. ' Sir Stewart Gore-Brown, who will represent Northern Rhodesia at the Commonwealth Parliamentary. Association Conference in Wellington next month, arrived at Fremantle to-day in the Dominion Monarch. He sdid that his first visit to this part of the world gave him particular pleasure, because his grandfather, Sir Thomas Gore-Brown, was Governor of New Zealand from 1856 to 1861 and Governor of Tasmania from 1861 to 1866.
