Boats Built for Russia.—-A number of big fishing boats being built in Sweden for Russia are of a type that can easily be converted into minelayers, says the Stockholm newspaper “Expressen.” It adds that Russia recently asked for some changes in the designs which would facilitate converting the boats for military purposes.
