UNOBSTRUCTED PASSAGE URGED (Rec. 12.15) MELBOURNE, This Day. The executive of the Melbourne Trades Hall Council will recommend to the full council that it should urge the unobstructed passage of the Communist Party Dissolution Bill through the Federal Parliament. Members of the executive were told that the Federal Parliamentary Labour Party is 'expected to. withdraw its opposition to the Bill at the next session of Parliament. The full council, which has a large moderate majority, will carry the recommendation at its meeting this week. The question will then be passed on to the Australian Council of Trade Unions, of which the Melbourne Trades Hall Council is a branch.
