E. CREMIN AND A. MURRAY ADELAIDE, August 18. Eric Cremin (Now South Wales), D. Cullen (New South Alex Murray (New Zealand) all returned 72 for the first 'lB holes of the Ampol £IOOO golf tournament which began at Glenelg yesterday. Cremin and Murray each scored 36 over nine holes in the second round to-day and retained their lead over the rest of the competitors. Both were 108 at the. 27th hole. Cullen crashed badly. Cates Victoria), C. de Groot (New South Wales) and Campbell (Victoria), each with 111, follow Cremin and Murray. Campbell gave a pleasing display; reaching the turn in 36, one under the card.
