New Trial Ordered
After a retirement of four hours, the iury failed to agree last night at the trial of Louisa Maria Clark, aged 63, a widow, who was charged with manslaughter, says ail Auckland Press Association message. Mr Justice Stanton made an order for a new trial. Accused faced a charge of unlawfully killing Mrs Joan Phyllis Jack in a house at Costley Street, Ponsonby, on April 3.
