NEGOTIATIONS WITH ISRAEL CAIRO, April 2. A week’s crisis in Arab unity ended to-night Avhen the Arab League Council, which includes Jordan, upanimously approved a resolution of its political committee to expel any member negotiating separate agreements with Israel. Jordan partially boycotted earlier meetings of the council this Aveek, but sent her Minister in Cairo to to-dgy’s session to fall in Avith the other six Arab States.
