NATIONAL ELECTIONS
- PLAN FOR WESTERN GERMAN Y (Rec. 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, March 16. The West German Government has ordered the drafting of a plan for national elections for all four zpnes of Occupied Germany, reports the United Press Bonn correspondent. The West German Cabinet, headed by the Chancellor, Dr. Konrad Adenauer. decided on this move following a suggestion by the United States High Commissioner, General John McCloy. General McCloy suggested free elections in all four occupation zones under the supervision of the Occupying Powers.
