OLD ROYS’ CLUB r ANNUAL MEETING HELD At the annual meeting of the Old Boys Football Club this week, it was decided that a letter of appreciation be sent to Mr E. A. Cockrol’t, who has been patron for 20 years, and that Mr Cockroft' be elected a life member of the club, an honour held by one other person, the late Mr J. W. Bowden. Reference was made to the death of Mr Bowden, and all present stood in silence as a mark of respect. It was decided to enter senior, junior, and third grade teams in the local competition, but it was stated that some difficulty might be experienced in fielding a third grade team. It was reported that last season nine seniors and four juniors gained representative honours. The election of officers resulted: Patron, Mr W. L. Jolly; president, Mr N. Robilliard; vice-presidents, Messrs R. S. White, A. Kelly, R. A. Burnett, J. B. Cullen, J. Patterson, R. Todd, K. Campbell, S. 11. Ashworth, A. Bradford, C. Evans, R. Tait'and J.
