INDIAN-PAKISTAN DISPUTES (Rec. 10.35 a.m.) y COLOMBO, Jan. 16. The Pakistan Finance Minister (Mr Ghulam Mohammed) said to-day that although the disputes between India and Pakistan had not affected the work of the Commonwealth talks they had affected its conclusions. The disputes were causing diversion of resources that could otherwise be used for raising the living standards of their peoples.
