WORLD SITUATION

MR VYSHINSKY OPTIMISTIC (Rec. 11.0 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 18. The Russian Foreign Minister said to-day that he viewed the present world situation with optimism, reports the United Press Frankfurt correspondent. Mr Vyshinsky arrived in Frankfurt by air on his way to New York, where he will attend the United Nations General Assembly. “I am always an optimist,” he said.
