CROSSED SOVIET BORDER (Rec. 10.25 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 25. According to the Associated Press Helsinki correspondent, Norman Green, the British student \A r ho disappeared across the border into Russia on July 10, Avas returned to Finland to-day. - A report from Moscoav, issued by the Finnish Foreign Office, said that Green Avas arrested by the Russians when he crossed the Finnish-SoAdet border. The Finnish Foreign Office and the British Legation in Helsinki had made repeated requests to Russia for Green’s return.
