FEAR OF SOVIET

HEAD OF COURT FLEES BERLIN, August. 19. The president of the Pligher Court in Potsdam, in the Soviet zone, Dr. .Gollot, has fled to Western Berlin, according to the British-licensed German News Agency. The Agency says that Dr. Gollot declared he feared arrest by the Soviet secret police.
