NUFFIELD SCHOLARSHIPS (P.A.) WELLINGTON, August 19. The University of New Zealand, has announced the award of Dominion Travelling Fellowships in the Humanities (Nuffield Foundation) to Mr H. Hudson, lecturer in philosophy, and Mr N. V. Rider, senior lecturer in physics, both of Victoria University College. „ . . The award is a valuable fellowship to enable suitably qualified persons to make contact in the United Kingdom with others engaged in similar work, and to research more deeply into tae particular problem in which the fellow’ is interested. Another award —the Dickinson College Scholarship (American field servjce)—to S. L. Struck, of Auckland University College, is announced. This scholarship is tenable at Dickinson College, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
