NEW STAMP
WESTERN SAMOA (P.A.) WELLINGTON, This Day. A new 5d stamp will be> issued for Western Samoa on June 8. Announcing this to-day, the Hon. F. Haekett said the stamp was being issued to cover the airmail rate operating in Western Samoa. .
The stamp, which has a black border and a blue centre; and features in the design Apia Post Office, was designed by Mr L. C. Mitcbell, of Wellington.
