GREENSTREET A WEDDING GIFT A crowded and enthusiastic gather ing met in the Greenstreet Hall to wish Miss Marion Hill all the best in her married life. On behalf of residents, Mr B. Hood presented her with a silver tea service, wishing her much happiness in the future. Mr E. K. Butterick also spoke; On Miss Hill’s behalf, Mr Mervyn Chick (her- fiance), thanked those present for their gift and the enjoyable evening. The entertainment took the form of dancing, for which Mr Ray Prattley supplied the music, interspersed with songs by Miss P. Ohs, Miss M. Chapman and Mr Flint Hill. Mr V. Hunt was Master of Ceremonies.
