One County Council or Fire Authority has prohibited the lighting of fires except by permit in the Fire District under its control. In districts where such a prohibition is not in force, campers, picnickers and the travelling public are warned against lightingfires except in a properly constructed fireplace. Fires should NOT be lit in a Strong Wind and should not be left unattended. When the fire is no longer required the ashes should be completely extinguished.
