GERMAN CHILDREN TO BE SENT HOME
RUSSIANS AND BRITISH AGREE LONDON, Dec. 7. “After months of negotiations, the British “and Russian authorities in Germany have agreed on the interchange of German children in both zones Avho, since the war, have been separated from their parents,” says the correspondent of tlie “Daily Telegraph” in Berlin. “The Russians estimate that there are about 1600 cases in their zone ;'the British have traced about 1000.”
