YOUTHS FOR COMMUNIST ARMY (Rec. 11.0 a.m.) RANGOON, Dec. 8. Communists in the Pegu district above Rangoon are using old-time “press gang” methods for securing recruits for the Communist army, says the Associated Press correspondent, quoting an official statement. According to the statement, the Communists have established two military training schools at a hamlet 40 miles north of Rangoon, where youths are forcibly receiving army instruction.
