REFUSAL TO WORK
POWERHOUSE EMPLOYEES IN SOVIET SECTOR (Rec. 11 a.m.) PARIS, Dec. 6. ''Two thousand of Berlin’s electric powerhouse employees refused to work henceforth in the Soviet sector because they claim that Communist police spy >on and molest them. The Associated correspondent says that the workers will not attend work to-morrow in the Russian sector, but will report to the Western Berlin branch offices. The workers previously issued an ultimatum to the Soviet police to quit the premises, but the police refused.
