RICH GOLD FIND

SOUTH AFRICAN REPORT (Rec. 10.0) JOHANNESBURG, Oct. 25, Middle Witwatersrand (Western Areas) Limited announced one of the richest gold fields in the Sand River area of the Orange Free State, the recovery of gold assaying 1502 inch pennyweights. The scene of the gold discovery is south-east of the famous Odenlaalsrus goldfields, and about 17 miles from where the richest-ever find of 23,037 inch pennyweights was made.
