MORE RUSSIAN RELEASES, (Rec. 11 a.m.) BERLIN, April 2. The Russian authorities announced that the repatriation of German prisoners of war from Russia has been accelerated to 2000 daily, and that, within the next few months the daily repatriation rate would reach 6000. Russia agreed, at the Moscow Foreign Min islet's' conference in 1947, that all German prisoners should be released by the end of 1948.
