GREEK DEFENCE COUNCIL
BRITISH AND AMERICAN MEMBERS (Rec. 12.45 p.m.) ATHENS, Feb. 15. The Government announced that Major-General S. B. Rawlins and Ma-jor-General W. G. Livesay, chiefs of the British and American military missions respectively, will be members of the Greek National Defence Council. They will have a direct voice in the campaign against guerillas, and in deciding the composition of the Greek national army.
