RUSSIANS USING GERMAN ,7 LABOUR (Rec. 11 a.m.) FRANKFURT, Feb. 15. The Upited States army newspaper “Stars and Stripes” says the Russians iiave. begun working new ore mines along the Czech border in Polish-occu-pied Silesia for uranium-bearing pitchblende. The paper alleges that the Russians have'dratted at least 20,000 Germans from the Rjissian zone to the area.
