GERMAN PEACE TREATY

TALKS ON PROCEDURE (Rec. 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 11. The Foreign Ministers’ special deputies for Germany ended their talks on procedure for the presentation of the German peace treaty without having eliminated any points left in dispute by the Foreign Ministers in Moscow in 1946. The deputies to-morrow will begin considering the agenda for the Big Four Foreign Ministers’ meeting in London on November 25.
