ST. JAMES THEATRE Screening finally to-night at the St. James Theatre, is Warner Eros.’ brilliant musical, “Rhapsody in Blue,” starring Robert Alda, Joan Leslie, Charles Coburn, Alexis Smith, with a fine cast of featured players. “Rhapsody in Blue” is excellent musical entertainment. Commencing to-morrotv at the matinee at 2 p.m. and screening to-morrow and Wednesday evenings at 7.45, British Empire Films present “Pink String and Sealing Wax,” from the successful stage play by Rohtid PertAvee. Appearing in the film is Mervyn Johns, Britain’s outstanding character actor, with Googie Withers, Gordon Jackson, Sally Ann Howes and other principal players. “Pink String and Sealing Wax” is one of the best of Britain’s productions.
