GOOD PRICES FOR IMPLEMENTS A most successful clearing sale on account of Mr A. B. Shaw was conducted by the New Zealand Farmers’ Co-operative Association, Ltd., at the auction mrfrt in Ashburton yesterday. There was a large attendance, and some good prices were realised. Sales were: Implements —McCormick 12ft. header £425, Massey binder £IOO, McCormick tractor on rubbers £250, 10/20 McMormick Deering tractor £l2O, power mower £45, Reid and Gray four-furrow ploughs £75 and £B2 10s, 17-tyne grubber £l2O, hustler £lo<, 17-coulter Massey drill £l6O, tandem discs £52, tedder £67, mower £SO, whare on wheels £l4O. The following sales were on account of clients Hay baler £B6O, lorry £6O, digger £4O, 11-tyned grubber £ 13, 17-coulter Massey Harris drill £4O, three-furrow plough £55, fourfurrow plough £SO, mower £ll, locoulter Cooper and Duncan drill £4<.
