PERMIT TO FLY TO AMERICA (Rec. 11.40 a.m.) LONDON, April 27. Wilhelm Mueller (40), a. German Vee II expert, is flying to the United States next month to marry Thelma Damerian, a divorcee (42), an American ex-Army nurse. Mueller helped to develop flying bombs and rockets which fell on Londop. He is the first German to obtain an exit permit to marry a servicewoman. They met in Boston in 1930, and again in Paris in 1945, where Damerian nursed Mueller, who was a prisoner.
