PREMIER OF CHINA
CHANG CHUNG CHOSEN NANKING, April 16. Chang Chung. Governor of Szechwan Province, was to-day appointed Premier of China. Generalissimo Chiang Kia-shek has been Acting-Premier since Dr. T. Y. Soong’s resignation. Sliang was leader of the so-called “Political Science” group of the Government. Administrators and leaders of all parties are reported to have agreed to his nomination as Premier.
